For years, I was on a personal quest to rediscover what I felt I had ‘lost’: I yearned to feel the strong & authentic zest for life and electric aliveness that is so invigorating, yet seemed inconsistent and just out of reach.
My quest led me to an unexpectedly transformative coaching journey that guided the creation of an incredible life for myself and my family that is genuinely in alignment with my deepest desires: fun, learning, travel, connection and a consistent inner sense of presence and engagement with life.
I'm excited to share this journey with you.
Through that disorienting experience, a deep intuition spoke through my desire for change and I began searching exhaustively for answers.

CREDS & QUALIFICATIONS
In my experience, trying to find the right Coach can feel like trying to find a needle in a haystack, and Coaches are as unique as those seeking their guidance. From standardized, cookie-cutter, boiler-plate Coaches to self-proclaimed "Elite performance" Coaches to Fung Shui Coaches and everything in-between.
This can be a blessing and a burdon: on the one hand, if there's a need there's probably a Coach for it... on the other hand, this open-play industry can make it extremely confusing to know who is qualified, whether they're the right fit, and what their process is, let alone how to find them in the first place.
I most strongly recommended connecting with me and anyone you're considering to explore in this arena with.
